Auto-Update Error results in Snip being uninstalled

This is happened to me on every auto-update thus far. I'm no fan of auto-updates (hope this is just during beta).

Get MSI error in event log ... Product: Snip -- Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Users\stephen\AppData\Local\Snip. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator.

You want me MSI logs? This is a repeating issue on my PC on W10 RTM and W10 Insider.
